OK so I realize that I am terrible at keeping an active blog, for this I apologize. However 90 days have come and gone and although I did not win I am proud of my accomplishments. So I figured I should post an update with my before and after pictures as well as my stats. I used the Navy body fat % calculator online which I think is off, at the end of the challenge my scale that measures body fat was reading me at around 19%.
